Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 14, 2026 · Last updated: September 14, 2026
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Yoshida Social Lab LLC, doing business as AgentEngineAI ("AgentEngine," "we," "us," or "our"), operates https://agentengine.app and the related application, an AI-assisted listing-content and lead-management service for real estate professionals (the "Service"). Our business address is 17619 Reynolds St., Marina, CA 93933.
This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information through the Service, our website, and our communications. It also explains available privacy choices. Our contact email is chris@yoshidasociallab.com.
For account administration, billing, security, and our own business communications, we determine why and how personal information is processed. When a real estate professional or brokerage submits information about leads, clients, property owners, or other individuals through the Service's lead-capture tools, that professional or brokerage determines the purposes of that processing and we act on their behalf. Contact that professional or brokerage about its own collection, marketing, and disclosure practices; you may also contact us and we will assist or direct the request as appropriate.
2. Information we collect and its sources
| Category | Information and source |
|---|---|
| Account and profile information | Name and email address you provide. If you sign in with a password, our authentication provider (Supabase) processes and securely hashes it. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive the basic profile information (typically name and email) authorized through that provider. |
| Listing content and files | Property details, photographs, notes, prompts, uploaded files, and AI-generated output submitted or created through your account. These may contain personal information about property owners, occupants, or others. |
| Lead and client information | Contact details and inquiries submitted through your buyer-portal pages, and any other information you or your leads provide through those tools. |
| Billing and transaction information | Your plan, purchases, credit balance, and billing status, received from Stripe. Stripe processes payment credentials directly; we do not store full payment-card numbers. |
| Usage and technical information | Basic information about pages visited and features used, collected through our analytics. |
| Communications | Information you send when requesting support, reporting an issue, or otherwise communicating with us. |
We receive information directly from you, from your leads through the buyer-portal pages you create, from your use of the Service, and from the sign-in and payment providers described above.
Please do not submit government identification numbers, full payment-card details, health information, biometric identifiers, or other highly sensitive information unless we have expressly agreed to support that use. Do not submit information about other people without appropriate authority and any required notice or consent.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Create and administer accounts and authenticate users.
- Provide requested features, generate listing content, and store customer content and lead information.
- Process purchases, administer subscriptions and credits, and maintain transaction records.
- Provide customer support and send necessary account, security, billing, and service notices.
- Understand feature usage and improve reliability and usability.
- Detect and investigate fraud, misuse, and security incidents; enforce agreements; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
- Meet applicable legal obligations.
We also send a recurring account-activity digest email summarizing your usage, in addition to transactional messages (confirmations, receipts, password resets). You can unsubscribe from the digest using the link included in that email; you cannot opt out of necessary account, security, or billing notices.
We do not treat agreement to our Terms as consent to unrelated marketing or as permission for every use of personal information.
4. AI processing
When you use AI features, the content needed to fulfill your request — such as prompts, property details, and photographs you submit — is sent to the AI models that generate your listing content: OpenAI GPT-6 Astra (available on paid plans) and Google Gemini 3.8 Flash (used by default), accessed through our infrastructure provider, Lovable. Avoid including personal information that isn't necessary for the requested task.
We do not independently control, and cannot make a blanket guarantee about, whether these underlying model providers retain submitted content or use it to train general-purpose models; this is governed by our infrastructure provider's agreements with them. If this matters for your use of the Service, contact us and we'll share what we know or point you to the relevant provider policy.
Leads submitted through your buyer-portal pages are not scored, profiled, or automatically routed by AI — they are stored and shown to you as submitted.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We don't use third-party advertising trackers or cross-site tracking pixels. Signing in keeps you logged in using your browser's local storage rather than tracking cookies. We use a first-party analytics tool (provided by Lovable) to understand basic feature usage, such as which pages are visited.
You can generally adjust browser settings to limit local storage or cookies, although disabling them will prevent you from staying signed in.
6. How we disclose information
We disclose information as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy:
- Service providers: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Stripe (payments), and Lovable (application hosting and AI infrastructure).
- Connected services: Google or Microsoft when you choose their sign-in services.
- People you authorize: Visitors to the buyer-portal pages you create and share, and recipients of listing content you choose to export or send.
- Legal and protective disclosures: Authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or pursue or defend legal claims.
- Business transactions: Parties involved in a proposed or completed merger, financing, reorganization, or transfer of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
- At your direction or with consent: Other disclosures you request or authorize.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by applicable law.
7. Retention
We retain your account, listing, and lead data for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we're legally required to keep it longer — for example, billing records we retain for tax purposes.
8. Your choices and rights
You can update your profile information at any time from your dashboard's Settings page. To request a copy of your data, or to delete your account, email us at chris@yoshidasociallab.com — we don't currently have a self-service account-deletion button, so this goes through our support inbox.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to obtain a portable copy of your information, learn about its collection and use, withdraw consent, restrict or object to certain processing, or opt out of certain sales or targeted advertising (though as noted above, we don't sell data or use it for targeted advertising in the first place). We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and will respond within a reasonable time.
For information you or a lead submitted through another professional's buyer-portal page, we may refer your request to that professional and assist as required by law.
9. Where data is stored
Our infrastructure providers (Supabase and Lovable) host data primarily in the United States. If you're located outside the United States and have questions about international transfers, contact us at chris@yoshidasociallab.com.
10. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls — designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No system can guarantee absolute security. We will provide security-incident notices when required by applicable law.
11. Children's privacy
AgentEngine is a business tool intended for licensed real estate professionals and is not directed at, or knowingly used to collect information from, anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion.
12. Changes to this policy
We will update the date above when this policy changes. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the Service before they take effect.
