Everything AgentEngine does

AgentEngine turns a handful of property details into listing copy, a published page and captured buyer leads that flow into the tools you already use. Here is each feature and how to use it.

Top features, and how to use them

01

AI listing copy in six formats

One property, six ready-to-use pieces: MLS description, social captions, a client email, flyer copy, landing-page text and open-house wording.

How to use it

  1. Open Listing generator in your dashboard.
  2. Fill in the property details (or import them — see below).
  3. Press Generate listing copy.
  4. Switch between the tabs to copy or download each format.

02

Import property details from a listing link

Paste a Zillow or Redfin link and AgentEngine reads the address, beds, baths, square footage, price and notable features so you are not retyping them.

How to use it

  1. In the generator, choose the import option and paste the property URL.
  2. Press Auto-fetch property data and wait a few seconds.
  3. Check every field that came back before you generate — always verify against your own source of truth.

03

Neighborhood insights from the address

Nearby schools, parks, dining and landmarks are pulled from the property address and turned into selling points for the copy.

How to use it

  1. Enter or import the full property address.
  2. Press Auto-fill from address next to Neighborhood insights.
  3. Delete anything that is not relevant — your own manual lines are always kept.

04

Photo and video uploads

Attach property photos and walkthrough video, pick the banner shot, and reuse the same media in the landing page and social download pack.

How to use it

  1. Use the media uploader in the property details section.
  2. Drop in photos (up to 10) and video (up to 2).
  3. Choose which photo is the banner image for the landing page.

05

Customizable published landing page

Every listing can become a hosted page at agentengine.app/listing/your-slug with a photo hero, gallery, feature strip, map and your branding.

How to use it

  1. Open the Landing page tab after generating copy.
  2. Open the customizer to pick a theme, accent color and which sections show.
  3. Set your page address, then publish.

06

Built-in lead capture

Buyers request a showing right on the listing page. Their details land in Leads captured with the property they asked about.

How to use it

  1. Keep the showing-request section switched on in the customizer.
  2. Add any extra questions you want asked, such as pre-approval status.
  3. Review and export inquiries from the Leads captured view.

07

Send leads straight to your CRM

Every buyer inquiry can be forwarded automatically to Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, HubSpot or anything reachable through Zapier or Make.

How to use it

  1. Go to Settings → CRM & lead webhook.
  2. Paste the webhook address from your CRM or automation tool and switch it on.
  3. Press Send test lead to confirm it arrived.

08

Bulk operations for teams and brokerages

Upload a spreadsheet of properties and get a marketing pack for each one instead of running them by hand.

How to use it

  1. Open Bulk operations in the sidebar.
  2. Drop in a CSV where each row is a property.
  3. Download each marketing pack as it finishes.

09

AI-assisted Fair Housing wording checks

Generated copy is scanned for risky phrasing and flagged wording is highlighted, with a one-press rewrite. You still review before publishing — this is an assist, not legal advice.

How to use it

  1. Look at the compliance badge beside the generated copy.
  2. Open any flagged phrase to see why it was caught.
  3. Press the auto-fix action, then read the result yourself.

10

Buyer portals, translations and a full listing library

Share a private portal with a buyer, translate copy into Spanish, Mandarin, French or Vietnamese, and keep every listing you have written in one searchable history.

How to use it

  1. Create a portal from Buyer portals and share the link.
  2. Use the translate control above the generated copy — translating does not spend a listing credit.
  3. Revisit anything you have written from History & saved.
