Integrations & FAQ
AgentEngine writes the listing, publishes the page, and captures the buyer. Your CRM takes it from there. Here's how to connect the two. For everything else, see the Help center.
How the lead webhook works
Turn on the webhook in your dashboard under Settings → CRM & lead webhook. Every buyer inquiry is then POSTed as JSON from our servers to the URL you provide.

}Step-by-step guides
Zapier (works with almost any CRM)
- In Zapier, create a new Zap and pick the “Webhooks by Zapier — Catch Hook” trigger.
- Copy the custom webhook URL Zapier gives you.
- In AgentEngine, open Settings → CRM & lead webhook, paste the URL and turn the toggle on.
- Click Send test lead. Zapier will show the sample fields so it can map them.
- Add your CRM as the action step (for example, Follow Up Boss → Create Lead) and map name, email, phone, message and property address.
- Turn the Zap on and save your settings in AgentEngine.
Make (formerly Integromat)
- Create a scenario and add the “Custom webhook” module.
- Copy the webhook address and paste it into AgentEngine Settings.
- Run Send test lead so Make can learn the data structure.
- Add your CRM, email or spreadsheet module after the webhook and map the fields.
Follow Up Boss
- Easiest path: use the Zapier guide above and choose Follow Up Boss → Create Lead as the action.
- Alternative: if your Follow Up Boss plan exposes an inbound/incoming webhook address, paste that directly into AgentEngine Settings.
- Use Send test lead to confirm a test contact appears in Follow Up Boss before you publish a listing page.
- A native API-key connector is planned — request it below to help us prioritize it.
Google Sheets (no CRM yet)
- Create a Zap with the Catch Hook trigger as above.
- Choose Google Sheets → Create Spreadsheet Row as the action.
- Map each lead field to a column. Every inquiry lands in one running sheet.
